Big Bro kept mashing so Lil Sis wanted to help. I put her on top of the table so she could reach better.
Lil Sis dumped in the sugar, then the vanilla.
Big Bro cracked the egg, I eased it into the bowl.
Then I added the baking soda and Lil Sis dumped in the flour.
Big Bro mixed and mixed. Lil Sis helped with the masher dribbling some on her pink polka-dotted tights.
Big Bro buttered the pan. I cleaned up Lil Sis' leg then showed them both how to scrape the batter into the pan.
All the while I was also cooking burritos for dinner. Multitasking win!
An hour later dinner was eaten and the bread was ready.
Whew!
